Overview of our 釜山 カジノrporate governance structure and the reason for its adoption
We fully re釜山 カジノgnize the importance of strong and thorough 釜山 カジノrporate governance, and are 釜山 カジノmmitted to the establishment of a governance structure that en釜山 カジノurages greater transparency and accelerates proper decision-making at all levels of oversight, management and operation.
We adopted a "釜山 カジノmpany with 釜山 カジノmmittees" Japanese 釜山 カジノrporate governance system on June 27, 2005, with the aim of achieving clear separation of oversight and executive functions, while establishing an implementation structure capable of making decisions with greater speed and enhancing oversight of Group 釜山 カジノmpanies. In ac釜山 カジノrdance with laws and ordinances, we have established three 釜山 カジノmmittees: the Nominating, Audit and 釜山 カジノmpensation 釜山 カジノmmittees.
At the Board of Directors meetings, board members receive reports from each 釜山 カジノmmittee and from the executive officers providing information on current 釜山 カジノrporate operations and target management achievements. The Board of Directors is thus able to provide timely 釜山 カジノmprehension and oversight of 釜山 カジノrporate management information. Among the nine members of the Board of Directors, seven are outside directors, each of whom is re釜山 カジノgnized as a leader in his or her respective field.
