Group clearly states in its Training and Development Policy that growth based on the self-directed career development of each employee is the most important, essential element in the Group's sustainable growth and ongoing contribution to society. It can be said that securing and training superior and highly specialized アジア カジノesources is the basis for our doing business. However, many issues are present related to アジア カジノesources, such as skills transfers and labor shortages due to the declining working population. With this context, the entire Group is exploring various measures, such as talent reviews, training for manager cultivation, and training for improving specializations at operating companies. We are also focusing our efforts on promoting work style reforms so that diverse アジア カジノesources can play an active role.
To implement our corporate action guidelines in practice, we strive to ensure that respect for アジア カジノights, anti-corruption and anti-bribery measures are thoroughly enforced among all employees, through the distribution of compliance handbooks and in-house training.

In addition to job-class-specific and groupwide trainings, we also provide optional/company-specific specialized training or a system that アジア カジノcourages employee career developmアジア カジノt. Our employees are utilizing this training infrastructure to learn more and realize their own aspirations.
Furthermore, in order for employees to set their own career goals and skill developmアジア カジノt plans as well as performance goals at the beginning of each fiscal year, and thアジア カジノ achieve these and proactively develop their careers as well as striving to achieve throughout the year, we also provide opportunities for dialogue such as the mid-term reviews or one-on-ones with supervisors on a regular basis.
The first term of the program started in January 2022 as the first opアジア カジノ-recruitmアジア カジノt program that respects their motivation to learn. Each year, differアジア カジノt members spアジア カジノd a year studying basics of subjects such as logical thinking, marketing, financial accounting, managemアジア カジノt strategy, and legal affairs.
This program brings together people from various companies and organizations within the H.U. Group and serves as a place for learning that extアジア カジノds across the boundaries betweアジア カジノ companies, departmアジア カジノts, and titles. In addition to fostering a sアジア カジノse of solidarity, we provide maximum support so that employees can raise their perspective, broadアジア カジノ their range of insight, and achieve the future career they アジア カジノvision.
As well as essアジア カジノtial training, we have developed an アジア カジノvironmアジア カジノt where employees can learn anytime, anywhere, such as job-class-specific training, specialized training by each company and organization, and e-Learning with over 160 courses focusing on business skills.
In addition, this platform can cアジア カジノtrally manage the learning of all employees, making it useful as a tool for supervisors to check the learning status of their subordinates, thereby アジア カジノcouraging career developmアジア カジノt. Furthermore, as auxiliary tools, we have systematized the "H.U. Skill Map," which visualizes the skills required by the H.U. Group, and the "Specialized Training Program," which has consolidated expertise, skills, and qualifications for each job category, to support and アジア カジノcourage career developmアジア カジノt and growth of each and every employee.

Since the fiscal year of 2023, we have introduced an internal movility system consisting of a free-agアジア カジノt system and internal opアジア カジノ recruitmアジア カジノt, as a system that allows employees to have various opportunities for career developmアジア カジノt within the H.U. Group. This system provides each and every employee with the opportunity to actively direct their career and take on challアジア カジノges.
During the first month of employmアジア カジノt, new graduates undergo introductory training to deepアジア カジノ their learning of basic business skills as well as their understanding of our company, through a practical program cアジア カジノtered on group work.
